These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the TedQu platform, operated by WizdomEdge. By accessing or using TedQu you agree to these terms. If you use TedQu on behalf of an institution, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

1. The service

TedQu provides academic assessment, attendance, reporting and related tools for schools and colleges. We may update, add or remove features to improve the platform.

2. Accounts & eligibility

Accounts are provided to institutions and their authorised staff, students and parents. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

• Use TedQu only for lawful, educational purposes.
• Do not disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content.

4. Data & privacy

Your use of TedQu is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Institutions remain the owners of their academic data.

5. Intellectual property

TedQu, its software, content and branding are owned by WizdomEdge and protected by law. You may not copy, resell or create derivative works without written permission. Data you enter remains yours or your institution’s.

6. Fees

Where TedQu is provided under a paid plan, fees and payment terms are set out in your institution’s agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

7. Disclaimers & liability

TedQu is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service.

8. Termination

Use of the service may end in line with the applicable agreement. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may revise these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
